Fast friendly service

Jimmy in service took excellent care of us and worked with us to get us the best deal on our tires. We appreciate all he did.

As usual the service was prompt and friendly. I’m sure there may be cheaper alternatives but I depend on Greencastle Chevrolet to know my GM vehicles well.

We've been happy with everything to date. But this time around they told my husband everything was good at the oil change. That evening I had an email saying they recommended changing the air & cabin filters. Would've been nice to know while he was at the dealership. We leave for vacation in a couple days & now it has to wait til next oil change. It BETTER NOT affect the warranties in any way. That's what we get for not specifically requesting "our" mechanic.
