I have several vehicles and bring them all to the service department at Greencastle Chevrolet. They are very helpful, ensure only the properly experienced technicians work on my vehicles, and have always found them to be very fairly priced for the level of experience and quick service I receive. Special shout out to Bobby in the service department, he's fantastic and takes great care of me whenever I come in for service, and I appreciate the extra care and personal touch he adds to the experience.

Everything was okay, the folks were very pleasant

Well one thing was I didn't like the tone of the guys voice when I ask to wash my truck. Apparently you don't do that anymore. Little things like that is what makes me HAPPY.

This was our first service experience from your dealership since we purchased our 2025 Silverado from you in Sep of 2025. We were very pleased with every aspect of our visit to the service department. We will definately be back. And further, we will spread the word.
