I love how friendly everyone is!

I was in and out with an oil change and tire rotation in less than 40 minutes. Service was great.

Everyone at Greencastle Chevrolet was very friendly. They were not high pressured or pushy. They were professional, answered all questions and were very easy to work with. This is the second truck I've purchased from them and will be back again in the future for my transportation needs.

Took my Yukon in for a good look over before a long trip and the technician found a leaking input shaft seal on my transfer case and was able to replace and have done that day! Great technician!

So I brought my 2024 Silverado that I purchased from your location for its oil change and tire rotation. After 45 minutes I was informed that the tire rotation was unable to be completed due to damaged wheel locks. I was then informed by one of the service writers that they where previously damaged and all would not come off. As I explianed to him that they were brand new,and had only been put on recently by me. He then said I mwes them up using a inpact to put them on. At this time I advised him they were put on by hand and tightened with a tourque wrench to 85 ft lbs and had never been off,and he then said something undee his breath as he walked away. I am a ASE cirtified tech with 40 plus years in the industy. When I ask why the tech damaged all of them the service writer I was dealing with ,said he should have stopoed after he coukd not get the first one off. Im not sure if I will every bring my truck back to your location after this experience
